雅思听力：租房场景详细解析(实例解析)　　雅思听力部分的考试是先看题目再听，所以考生在考试之前可以了解自己所要听到的场景 和题目类型，接下来要做的就是如何在有限的时间内把听到的内容遥无误的填写到答题卡上。
这样看来考前的充分准备相当有必要，但是要从哪些方面来准备。
在下面的文章中，我主要通过分析雅思听力部分的租房场景词汇，所出现题目的类型和相应的解题技巧来揭示在这个部分取得高的关键。
　　我们来看一个例子： 　　Circle TWO correct answers 　　Which kinds of family does the girl prefer?

a family with many animals or pets 　　解析： 　　这个是细节题目，在前面的听力部分，我们听到以下内容： 　　A: Do you have your preference for family, with children or without children?
　　B: I prefer, I mean, l like young children, but I like to be with old people .
you know, I like someone of my own age.
　　A: Do you smoke o drink?
　　B: NO 　　A: would you mind be with a family of smokers?
　　B: Yes, I would.
　　A: Ok.
What about pets?
　　B: Oh, I like animals; I am a vegetarian, the more the better 　　通过l like young children, but 这个句子我们可以判断， A是错误的，通过这句I like animals; vegetarian我们可以推断出C错误，题目要求选出两个正确地选项。
用排除法，剩下的B,D为正确的答案。
　　通过这个题目的解析，我们可以看出，在对话中我们需要关注的是这种QA形式的对话，注意A部分一些转折词汇，例but, however后面的信息。
这也就是所谓西方人直爽后面的故事。
　　总之，比起其它几个场景来说，租房场景的题目比较简单，但是这个部分也是较容易丢分的，因为其琐碎遥导致。
考生需要在考试之前熟悉这类型题目，考场上认真做答。
