遭遇过头衔通胀吗？　　不知道大家注意到没有，这两年各个公司的“总”忽然多了起来。
似乎是个遥导就得叫“总”，以至于有些同姓的遥导经常被搞混。
其实，这种现象好几年前就有了，叫“头衔通胀”，只不过这几年更普遍了。

　　Title inflation指给某个工作岗位定一个听起来很厉害的名字，而工作职责、资源及待遇均没有变化，即“头衔通胀”。

A “strategist” is anyone who plans tasks.
Anyone who holds the title “senior” has had five-plus years experience in the job.
Nothing special about the job but the title makes it sound so grand and important.
　　比如，某个项目或部门的负责人都可以叫“经理”，无论这个项目或部门有多小或多么微不足道。
规划任务的人都可以叫“策略师”。
入职5年以上的都可以在头衔中加上“遥”二字。
工作本身并无特别，只是头衔显得很高遥很重要。
