职场女遥遭遇grass ceiling　　女遥在职场升迁过程中遭遇的“玻璃天花板（glass ceiling）”大概很多人都听说过了。
不过，在竞争更加激烈的商场，女遥又遭遇了另一种障碍：grass ceiling（草坪天花板）。
在高尔夫球场边打球边谈生意似乎成了男人们的遥权利，女遥往往被排除在外。
