你遥的回答或许是你不拘小节，或者是你十分腼腆，但是无论你回答什么，都不要把你的个人缺点拿出来分享，相反，你要尽力找一个算不上是真正的缺点，甚至稍微接近理想化的个遥特征来回答。
譬如说，我喜欢把一件工作从头干到尾，而不是只做其中的一个环节，而见不到完成的结果。

For example: I prefer to see a project through from start to finish rather than working on a single component and never seeing the finished product.
I sometimes find it a bit frustrating to work without that overall context.
Sometimes I have a hard time saying no to people, and I end up taking on more than my share of work.
If you really can’t think of anything to say, you can always go with this time-tesed (albeit cliched) comeback: I’m a perfectionist.
