I got a tan after I came back from the seaside last time.

John： Maybe the SPF index of your sunscreen is too low, you can try a higher one.
你的防晒霜防晒系数肯定不够，你涂高点儿的。
Lily： The one I applied last time was SPF 40.
Isn't that enough?
